Nice to Meet You

With over a decade of experience, I am a board-certified OB-GYN dedicated to women’s health. I completed a 7-year combined medical program at USF, where I began my medical journey after high school. I served as chief resident at Winnie Palmer Hospital and later became the lead physician at Advent Health and lead OB-GYN at the Gaea Center. Fluent in Arabic and with some medical Spanish, I’ve lived and worked in the Celebration area for over 10 years. Outside of medicine, I enjoy puzzling with my husband of 14 years and our two children. You’ll even spot some framed puzzles around my office! The most rewarding part of my career is the connection I build with patients, which has earned me multiple awards for patient satisfaction, including the highly valued “99% patient satisfaction” recognition.

You are welcome here

Dr. Mary Langenstroer

Dr. Mary Langenstroer’s passion for serving her community and empowering women began early in life. Shadowing medical professionals as early as middle school and participating in mission trips to Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and the Dominican Republic solidified her commitment to making a difference through medicine. As the youngest in her medical school class, she explored various specialties during her rotations but found her true calling in women’s health—a field that allowed her to integrate primary care, emergency medicine, and beyond to support women holistically.

Throughout her career, Dr. Mary has remained dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive care. Recognizing that many women feel overlooked after childbirth or as their bodies change, she strives to create a space where women feel heard, educated, and empowered to take control of their health. With a focus on addressing real issues like hormonal changes, pelvic pain, and sexual health, she ensures each patient receives the time and attention they deserve.

Dr. Mary values building meaningful connections and long-term relationships with her patients, caring for them through every stage of life—from puberty to menopause and beyond. At Zenith Women’s Health, she has surrounded herself with a team equally passionate about supporting and inspiring women on their wellness journeys.

The award I’m most proud of is the “Patient Experience Top Performer,” because it’s a reflection of the trust and appreciation from my patients.
